Recruitment Procedure/Selection Process:

1.Registration: The interested candidates desirous of working outside the state or in foreign countries have to register themselves with the District Employment and Counseling Centres of their concerned districts on a prescribed format along with prescribed fee. The registration form can be downloaded from the website link “Downloads”.  

2.Job Advertisement: The Corporation shall advertise vacancies in various categories in print media as per demand of the employers and the information shall be available to the prospective candidates on the website under the link “Jobs Available”.

3.Applying for the Job:  The prospective candidates registered with the corporation can login to their accounts on the website and shall have to apply in the prescribed format within the stipulated time along with required documents. The specific application forms shall be available in downloadable form on the website under the link “Jobs Available”.

4.Scrutiny of applications: All the applications received are examined and scrutinized by the Corporation/Employer to verify whether the candidates satisfy the eligibility criteria laid down by the employers for the advertised vacancies.

5.Final Scrutiny of applications by Employer: The scrutinized applications are forwarded to the prospective employers. The employers short-list the candidates for skill testing/ interview and final selection. The list of the candidates short listed by the employers shall be available on the website and the candidates will be informed about skill testing / interview scheduled and venue through individual call letters.

6.Selection: The final selection of the candidates shall be solely made by the employer and corporation shall not be responsible in any manner.  The list of the selected candidates shall be posted on the website and the appointment letters shall be sent to the selected candidates.

7.Pre-Departure Orientation Training: The selected candidates shall have to undergo orientation training so as to equip them with the pre-requisite information like Emigration Laws of the specific country, Country Manuals/Guides, etc.    

8.Departure Formalities: The selected candidates shall have to complete all departure related formalities like Visa, tickets and Immigration requirements of the specific job. The Corporation acts as a guide to facilitate in completion of these formalities.
